DORA agent action evidence

Differentiation: Correctover does not replace your MCP gateway or AI guardrail. We emit CCS signed receipts after tool decisions so a third party can verify offline — without console access. Gateways enforce. Receipts prove.

DORA does not say “AI” by name. It does require logging, event reconstruction, and third-party ICT control for functions that change records or move value. Agents that call tools are ICT-supported functions in practice.
